Bring your ideas and inspirations to us and we’ll turn them into eye-catching visuals that represent your business or brand. Our process keeps your product moving from start to finish and allows us to keep you up to date on where your project is at.

Our Process:

Step 1: Initial Discussion/Site Visit/Survey

Whether we meet at our shop or at your place of business, we’re happy to discuss your next project. During this stage we will gather some initial information and take some measurements in order to understand the scope of work involved with your project. We welcome you to bring your ideas and inspirations here so we can start your project off on the right foot.

Step 2: Quote/Initial Design

If your sign doesn’t require an initial design in order to price, we will get you a quote for your project and, if desired, provide options or variations. Some signs will require some design and/or layout to quote accurately which we will do as a part of this step. Smaller sign projects typically have a quick turnaround time but larger projects can take time to set up properly. We believe in doing things right the first time and won't skip steps just to complete projects.

Step 3: Design

Our team of designers will create concept artwork for you to review and keep an open line of dialogue with you ensuring you get exactly what your business needs. With a blend of expertise and experience, our team will produce initial design concepts that provide wow factor and are here to make any and all changes you wish to see. We understand that converting your ideas into a sign that you love requires some back and forth, and our designers will ensure that we work with you to get it right.

 

Step 4: Production

Once you approve your artwork, we will take a deposit and begin creating your unique, custom sign project. While basic vinyl decals or realtor signs may only take a day or two to produce, larger signs and more intricate designs that require our CNC router may take longer. We aim to provide the highest quality products and do not rush jobs just to get them out the door. Our production team works hard each day to produce quality sign products that exceed your expectations and we won't skip steps just to finish a job.

 

Step 5: Installation/Pick Up

If your sign was quoted for installation, our team will deliver and install your sign at our next available date. Our installation team has the know-how to install any project we come across and they work closely with our production staff to offer advice on building signs that can be installed with no issue. Our small fleet of vehicles can handle most jobs we come across and our friendly install team will answer any questions you have about your sign once it is installed and operating. Otherwise, we will arrange for delivery or you can pick up from our shop.

 

Step 6: Post-Production Care

We believe in creating quality products that delight our customers and if for some reason we’ve failed to deliver, we want to know. Similarly, if your sign is damaged or stops working, let us know and we will come out to inspect and repair. While some projects result in recurring business, we understand that we may not see you again for some time, but we’re here to help you with all your signage needs and we thank you for considering Prime Signs as your partner!
